TAL BEYOND 2005
"TAL, like most other Asian garment producers, has been forced to develop a keen competitive edge. We are constantly facing new demands from our customers to meet restocking needs, supply direct shipment to stores, provide lower prices, and increase our speed to market.”
“In order to meet these challenges, TAL has chosen to work with Eton systems. This is an important step in our efforts to stay competitive well beyond the year 2005.”

ETON MANUFACTURER OF THE ETONSHIRT
Eton is not only a fashion house; we make shirts with character. Every part of the shirt is well considered and the very high quality is how we differentiate. In order to achieve that, every little detail matters to us. The Eton system supports this philosophy and helps us maintain and improve the high quality expected by our customers, says Hans Davidson, Managing Director of Eton Fashion.
High technological advances such as the Eton system, combined with excellent workmanship, allows us to offer a unique individualized customer service around the globe.
Within most business and manufacturing processes there are untapped productivity opportunities waiting to be explored. The Eton system has allowed us to eliminate most of the unproductive, cost adding material handling. Eton Fashion was able to benefit from the system already more than 35 years ago, since the first system ever built was installed at our facility in Gånghester, Sweden. Over the years the system has developed as well as our manufacturing process.
I can’t see ourselves manufacture without the system. It is a crucial tool in a continuous improvement of lead-time, quality and efficiency.
Hans Davidson, Managing Director of Eton Fashion.
